Sell Online
You can sell any of your own products online from a big product to a tiny product such as your car, house, land, book, ebook, software, photos, music, art etc. If you want to sell digital or your own physical products, a PayPal account is the easiest way to go. There are other options for accepting payments online as well, but due to the nature of personal credit information involved, we only set up the web site. You can also just use a website as a "brochure", and have people contact you for sale. Another alternative is a hosting company with a shopping cart hosting package. These work very well for many, but you do most often have to use one of their templates for your web design.
Affiliate Marketing
If you plan to sell via affiliate marketing, you don't need any payment gateway. All you need is a website! You insert code your chosen merchant gives you (free) and that's it! If you do not know how to insert the code, we will happily do that for you. Having been in the affiliate marketing industry for over 12 years, I'd be happy to answer questions you have if you are seriously considering setting up a web site to embark upon affiliate marketing.
vCards
Some of you may actually be wondering what a ‘vCard’ is. It is an increasingly popular 'mini' one-page website that basically acts as an online business card; an online hub focusing completely on you. I say a vCard is one-page, but in actual fact that’s not entirely true. There are actually several good reasons why you should have a vCard website. vCards are modern, stylish and inexpensive. They’re quick, simple and affordable!
Reasons to Have a vCard
- A lot of individuals and freelancers have personal domains such as 'firstnamesurname.com'. These domains are quite often unused and are generally left using a blank index HTML page. Why not fill the empty space with a vCard?
- Ever met somebody who you’d like to give your business card to but then realize you don't have any with you when you open up your wallet? A vCard is the perfect solution as it can be accessed from any internet connected computer or mobile phone.
- They are a great way for people to find out more about a person, business or organization – what they do, their hobbies, etc. If using one for personal information sharing, a vCard can be as personal as you want it to be.
- It's somewhere people can go to find you on various social networking websites and profiles across the world wide web. Searching Twitter, Facebook and Flickr for a user can sometimes be a painful task – so long as you know their name you’ll easily be able to find their vCard!
Image Galleries and Slideshows
There are any number of ways and reasons for image galleries. Digital artists who wish to showcase their work, people selling a home or business on their own may want a nice presentation on the web to reach a wider audience. You may wish to put a gallery of an event such as a wedding, birthday bash, etc. You may want to use a gallery to showcase images of work and/or projects you've done for your online portfolio or perhaps you wish to use one to showcase a line of products you sell.
